Under the law, in the course of notarization of a land plot, notary shall have access and use the State Land Cadastre. State registration of derivative rights to agricultural land plot, the land title of which was registered in the established order prior to January 1, 2013, shall be conducted simultaneously with property registration of such a land plot.
